We only stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Just expect parking fees and destination fees which are pretty standard in the area. There's no way to avoid that. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The building is old but part of the charm. Others complain about the size of the rooms so I booked the larger suite which was a great idea. We had space to move around and a nice view of the city. We did not experience any loud noises and had a decent night sleep. The bar or restaurant was closed so I don't know how it is. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Perfect location for attending shows or just exploring the area. We feel it was in a safe part of downtown. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean rooms and good location for a reasonable price. Inexpensive pet fee.

Beautiful property! Helpful staff! Only thing that needed some work was the water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Very nice property and within walking distance of the beach, the Del Hotel and many good places to eat. We had a rental car and ended up finding parking on the street to save the $50 fee. Had to do some moving around but easy to find some free places. We had a unit on the busy street so that was not ideal but location is hard to beat.

City24 exceeded our expectations! The view of the airport is amazing. The spacious patio provided the view of the airport. I love the exclusivity and privacy of the space. We had a great time! We stayed to attend a conference in the convention center for 3 nights. Living room, kitchen and bedroom has ample space and up-to-date appliances and furniture. Pricing is affordable compared to the downtown hotels. You will love it here.
